About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring it is well-maintained and safe for residents
  • Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, including contractors and maintenance teams
  • Organise activities and events for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
  • Manage the administration of the development, including scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and managing budgets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
