The CREO Clinic is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a motivated Patient Advisor to join our team:

Responsibilities

The Advisor will undertake the following roles:

  • Responsible for incoming inquiries to the clinic.
  • Converting potential patients to consultations.
  • Converting patients from consultations to procedures/treatments.
  • Taking payments, invoicing, and liaising with patients about financial options.
  • Liaising with hospitals regarding potential dates for procedures.
  • Having excellent rapport with patients
  • Collecting reviews from patients.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Previous experience in a similar role dealing with plastic surgery patients.
  • As we are a CQC-registered facility, the applicant must provide 2 written references and must pass a DBS check.
  • Comply with all relevant mandatory training.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be enthusiastic, quality-driven, and motivated to grow with the business.

Preferred:

Experience in a sales environment

Terms of work: full-time with flexible hours.
