About the Role

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Advisor to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a Patient Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting the benefits of our aesthetic medicine treatments and converting enquiries into appointments/new business for our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the benefits of our treatments and convert enquiries into appointments/new business for the clinic
  • Follow up on enquiries and book them in for a consultation
  • Follow up on cancellations and VIPs to book them in for a re-visit
  • Book appointments and treatments
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a clinic or medical setting
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills
  • Confidence in communicating with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Compassion, discretion, and persistence in a sales function when following up enquiries
  • Ability to multi-task, juggle a large workload, and prioritise important vs urgent tasks
  • Confidence and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Outgoing, friendly manner
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic
Desirable Skills
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical clinic in a front-of-house, patient-facing role
  • 3 years' experience in a sales-driven role
  • Multi-language skills
  • Persuasive, persistent, and determined nature
