As part of the team reporting to the Design Manager, you'll collaborate closely with account managers, the creative team, and the digital and content team. Being willing to pitch in with both production artworking and broader design tasks is a must. Your friendly nature should make it easy for you to mesh with colleagues and contribute effectively to the team. You'll have a hands-on role in the design process from start to finish, ensuring attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and updating client literature in line with branding guidelines
  • Providing graphic design expertise across various projects, from typography to digital and social media work
  • Leading digital design efforts, particularly for Beauty and FMCG clients
  • Generating new design concepts, graphics, and layouts
  • Adjusting designs based on client feedback and securing approvals
  • Creating promotional materials
  • Ensuring quality control over your work
  • Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines
  • Producing production-ready artwork for different processes
  • Coordinating with different N2O departments for campaign delivery
  • Promoting studio best practices and upholding internal policies

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Portfolio showcasing strong design, typography, color, and layout skills
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in graphic design
  • Strong typographical and layout skills with keen attention to detail
  • Understanding of print production processes
  • Knowledge of UX and UI principles
  • Experience working within brand guidelines
  • Ability to propose production methods and materials
  • Creative flair, versatility, and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Collaborative problem-solving approach
