As we expand our footprint following a successful 2023, we're seeking an experienced, driven professional to join our audience acquisition team.


Position Overview:


As an Attendee Acquisition Executive at Synergy Media, you will serve as the crucial link between our SaaS/Tech clients and their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

This role involves a strategic blend of phone communication, social media engagement, and targeted marketing to research and acquire senior executives and potential speakers for each event, uncovering their challenges within their role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key decisionmakers in your sector, cultivating highquality leads and building relationships.
  • Work closely with the events team, gaining a comprehensive understanding of event logistics and delivery.
  • Attend and be onsite at select events throughout the year.
  • Generate leads and identify potential clients through internet research and social media channels.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and explore new business opportunities.
  • Ensure the CRM/database is up to date and achieve monthly targets.
  • Attend briefing sessions to understand events, key selling points, and potential objections.
  • Support attendees through the registration process and contribute to postevent debriefs with the leadership team.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven sales/events experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goaloriented mindset and selfmotivation.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot/CRM tools.
