Our client, a leading organization in the culinary industry, is looking for a skilled individual to join their team starting June 3, 2024, until July 31, and possibly longer.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.00 am - 2.30 pm during term time, allowing you to demonstrate your culinary prowess while managing a bustling kitchen.


**Responsibilities:**
- Run and manage a busy kitchen ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare nutritious and delicious meals for various cooking schools.
- Order supplies to ensure fresh ingredients availability for meals.
- Handle kitchen paperwork, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance.
- Supervise and guide a dedicated team, providing support and fostering collaboration.
- Implement safety and hygiene standards for a clean kitchen.

**Requirements:**
- Must have an Enhanced DBS for this role.
- Prior experience as a Chef Manager in Education or similar, showcasing culinary expertise and leadership.
- Strong organizational skills for efficient multitasking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and work with the team.
- Passion for cooking and creating innovative dishes.
- High professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
