A new opportunity has arisen to join the Medical Education Team within South Tees as Postgraduate Clinical Lecturer in Simulation and Human Factors . The role of simulation in healthcare is growing and it is an exciting time to be involved in the development of this area of education and service improvement.

Main duties of the job

The Postgraduate Clinical Lecturer in Simulation and Human Factors will be involved in the delivery of education and training for multi-professional clinical staff working within the Trust as well as Postgraduate and Undergraduate Students on clinical placement. This will include clinical skills and scenario-based simulation training. Working with the Simulation Leads, Facilitators and Fellows the post holder will be involved in planning, developing and delivering a variety of courses as required to meet the demands of the service. The role also encompasses the day to day working of the Simulation Technicians.
