Calling existing customers to book a review for their current mortgages
Calling new customer enquiries to book an appointment with a financial consultant
Building relationships with team members and financial consultants within our retention team and across the business
Meeting business targets set
The skills required:
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding telephone manner
Proven telephone sales skills
Organisational and time management
If you are striving to achieve, a natural confident talker, dependable, flexible, reliable, a team player and someone looking for the next challenge, then this could be the role for you.
- 37.5 hours per week. Team coverage 7 Monday to Thursday, Friday, 1 Saturday
- Hybrid home/office working available depending on location

Salary:
Basic salary plus uncapped bonus (OTE £25,000pa)
