Business Development Executive at Norse Group

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Norse Group collaborates with various public and private sector clients to provide comprehensive Property Consultancy and Facilities Management solutions.

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to enhance our team. This role will involve supporting the Business Development Manager in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within both public and private sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating high-quality leads and documenting sales activities in our CRM system
  • Creating tailored cost estimates and sales proposals to meet client requirements
  • Achieving set sales objectives
  • Collecting case studies and relevant materials to bolster tender applications
  • Ensuring consistent communication with clients and team members

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess prior experience in Commercial B2B sales or a related field, along with:

  • A background in selling services to public or private sectors is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A commitment to fostering and enhancing customer relationships
  • Strong organizational capabilities with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A valid UK Driving Licence

This position is full-time, requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday.
