Job Introduction

We have an exciting opening for a two Floor Coordinators to join our team in the heart of the City of London.

You will be part of the Rapport team, based at our client's beautiful offices near Bank Station.

The client is a is a global leader in insurance, risk management and consulting services. Much more than simply an insurance broker, they are an international group of partners that provide cost-effective, client-centric, and expertise-driven risk management solutions

This is a Monday to Friday role, 40 hours per week.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promoting and supporting a firstclass and professional frontofhouse service to employees, their guests and other visitors to the company, either in person or over the telephone.
  • Providing a seamless and consistent client experience.
  • Ensures shared spaces, meeting rooms, event spaces and collaboration areas are instantly ready to be used, which ensures more efficient use of the client's time.
  • Is a point of contact for onfloor related issues; hospitality and concierge services, this requires the ability to manage a highvolume workload.
  • Ensuring the desk and switchboard (when applicable) are covered at all times and all visitors are greeted as they enter the reception area.
  • Ensuring all the procedures and standards as described in the manual are adhered to at all times.
  • Maintaining open communication between all support departments (AV/Catering/Facilities)
  • Paying attention to detail in all aspects of service and presentation to maintain and improve on current standards being achieved.
  • Has a passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do.
  • Is able to create a positive and lasting relationships with all customers and clients.
  • Is able to act on customer requests and anticipate their needs.
  • Is highly organised, have an eye for detail with a cando attitude.


In order to thrive in this role, you will need at least 1 year's experience in a comparable role, ideally in a 5* hotel environment or corporate reception.
