ABOUT THE ROLE


As a Data Performance and Monitoring Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining data systems used company wide, such as Salesforce/Inform, Power BI, and STARs.

You will be providing business insights to improve governance and compliance, also completing the day to day fixing errors, and data cleansing.


You will work closely with internal and external partners and organisations to ensure consistent data reporting in a timely manner, producing reports in easily readable formats.

OVERVIEW OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and manage data systems; fixing errors, solving datarelated issues, data cleansing.
  • Ensure consistent data reporting in a timely manner.
  • Plan and deliver training across the organisation for data systems.
  • Provide business insights to improve governance and compliance.
  • Provide support to significant business change programs across the organisation.
  • Utilise technical knowledge and share this information to nontechnical teams in different communication routes.


Other responsibilities than those described above may be required to be undertaken from time to time and will be expected to be performed to as long as it is within the capability and level of the position.


KEY CRITERIA

What we are looking for:

  • IT Proficiency including all Microsoft programs, particularly Excel
  • Experience in developing process flows, reporting information, or providing business analysis
  • Experience in managing Microsoft Windows client operating systems, specifically Windows 10
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge, training, and information to nontechnical teams

What we would like, but not essential:

  • Experience in supporting significant business change programs
  • Working knowledge of Business Intelligence/Reporting Databases
