About the job


Manage the patch to an exceptionally high standard engaging with and involving residents in the management of their Neighbourhood through regular estate inspections.


  • Improve outcomes for local residents, providing customer oriented service
  • Support tenants through the provision of general tenancy support throughout the lifetime of their tenancies/leases
  • Proactively manage housing assets
  • Maximise income collection
  • To take action concerning breach of tenancy, fire safety and obstruction, removal of squatters, unauthorised occupants, authorising successions, assignments including attending Court to give evidence.
  • KPIs include; Resident satisfaction, complaint resolution, safety records, activity.

About you

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Housing Acts
  • Knowledge of rent arrears collections
  • OHMS/rents would be ideal
  • Positive attitude
  • Approachable and great customer service skills
