Job Title: Neighbourhood Housing Officer

We are working closely with a Local Authority in Camden to assist with the appointment of a Neighbourhood Housing Officer on a 1-month contract, which may be extended at the client's discretion. Please submit your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £26.17 per Hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • To understand the ongoing presenting and contextual needs of our residents and properties, and neighbourhoods.
  • To develop skills and knowledge in key areas to meet the needs of residents.
  • To offer a clear trusted point of contact to resolve resident needs as part of a collaborative neighbourhood team.
  • To support residents to solve problems at their root cause, building future resilience for individual residents and communities.
  • To deal with issues as early as possible, pulling in support when needed to resolve resident issues in partnership with other officers, services, and organisations.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to listen and understand resident demands, and build capabilities to encourage tenants to reach their own solutions.
  • Ability to use initiative to meet resident demands creatively and innovatively, exploring possibilities for improvement and more effective delivery.

Important Requirements:

  • You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • You should have the right to work in the U.K.
  • This role requires an enhanced DBS.
