About the role:

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support IAM related incidents
  • Assist with monitoring of leaver requests, ensuring that approvals are done
  • Set up of new starters in specific domains
  • Helping to drive improvements to access management
  • Ensuring IT systems are administered in compliance with AXA IAM policies and standards

About you:

What we're looking for:

  • Indepth knowledge of computer systems and their operations
  • Knowledge of IAM principles and standards
  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to manage a variable workload with tight deadlines
  • Understanding of ServiceNow is desirable but not essential
  • Experience of work request/IT processes would be beneficial
  • Good analytical skills


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
