Join us as a Payroll Delivery Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll function at ISS UK.
As a Payroll Delivery Coordinator, you'll be responsible for processing day-to-day payroll administration data input for our fortnightly payroll cycle.
Your primary tasks will include accurately inputting payroll data and conducting associated input control checks to maintain data integrity and compliance with payroll deadlines.
In addition to your data processing responsibilities, you'll also provide support to the Payroll function by promptly addressing employee and business queries related to payroll matters.
Your ability to handle queries efficiently and accurately will contribute to our overall payroll service delivery and employee satisfaction.
If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure, we'd love to have you on board as part of our payroll teamJoin us as a Payroll Delivery Coordinator and help us ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our payroll processes at ISS UK.
Input of Starters / Leavers / Changes data into the payroll system via T&A for fortnightly employeesInput of additional Hours into Time system
Input absence data for hourly employees
Supporting the payroll delivery manager with ad hoc duties in key times of the payroll process
Delivering a high-quality payroll customer service experience
IT proficient (including Excel and Outlook); confident in handling and working with data
Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team
Awareness of data privacy and securely handling of employee data
