About the Role


Working as our Customer Service Team Leader you will support our Customer Contact Agents to put our customers first at every opportunity.

You will assist our online and in-store customers with queries via a variety of channels, ensuring our hospitality is unparalleled whilst striving to exceed their expectations at all times.

You will be instrumental in coaching/developing the team and leading the day-to-day operation of the department and work shoulder to shoulder with your manager


We look for warm and welcoming people, who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-orientated to join us on our exciting journey.

As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed

  • Experience in a team leader or similar role/business (Essential)
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

  • A strong interest in Fenwick and the brands we sell
