The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers, ensuring that their diagnostic systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for complex laboratory diagnostics systems.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing diagnostic equipment at customer sites.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in electronics or electro-mechanical service or technical support.
- Experience working with high-value electronics capital equipment, microscopy, cameras, lasers, x-ray security detection, or biomedical engineering.
- A minimum ONC / HNC level or above in electronics or a relevant technical discipline.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to remain confident in customer-facing environments.
