Job Title: Customer Service Engineer

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and maintenance for a wide range of laboratory diagnostics systems
  • Installing, repairing, and calibrating sophisticated equipment
  • Supporting flow cytometry, cell separation, and diagnostics products at customer sites
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in field service or technical support, preferably in electronics or electro-mechanical service
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work confidently in customer-facing environments
  • A minimum ONC/HNC level or above in electronics or a relevant technical discipline
