THE OPPORTUNITY


We are searching for an energetic and driven Business Development Executive to join our client's growing business and play a pivotal part in their impressive growth.

You will be responsible for undertaking the full sales cycle, from researching and prospectingpotential clients, developing and qualifying a substantial pipeline of business, through to engaging with new and existing clients.

You will build and develop profitable relationships, pitch and ultimately sell, our client's range of services, including websitebuilds and digital marketing solutions.

In return, you will be given all the tools to succeed, alongside a tailored progression and development plan and a generous uncapped commission structure.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Researching potential prospects, from businesses, individuals, and industry trends, to identify potential new clients and markets.
  • Creating and developing a sustainable and profitable pipeline of potential clients.
  • Developing high quality leads and engaging in effective conversations to further enhance company brand reputation.
  • Collaborating with marketing to progress generated leads into qualified leads.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients.

THE CANDIDATE

  • 2+ years business development experience with a proven track record and history of success in outbound sales.
  • Experience within a solution driven sales background, preferable within the digital sector.
  • Prior experience delivering sales pitches to clients.
  • A solid understanding of the digital sales cycle within an agency environment.
  • Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to effectively maximise opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, with a high standard of English language and presentation ability.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time and workload effectively.
