Are you a skilled Administrator, looking to progress into an Executive Assistant role?

Administrator - Executive Assistant, a great opportunity to join a Social Welfare Charity, Central London.

Offering Hybrid Working; 3 days office based and 2 days remote working.

As the Administrator - Executive Assistant, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Executive, and some administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer

Covering areas such as:

  • Plan and organise internal and external Directorlevel meetings and events, booking venues, preparation of meeting room/s, coordinating attendance, welcoming visitors, organising refreshments, and arranging travel, accommodation, equipment and catering as required.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and itineraries for the CE and COO.
  • Undertake financial administration; assisting the CE with the collation and processing of expenses, including management of the CE's Charity issued credit card.
We are looking for you to have previous experience delivering secretarial, EA or administrative support in a busy office. Competent in the use of standard Microsoft Office programs, plus use of social media tools. Clear verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with a diverse range of people. Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
