Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanour.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
  • Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a neat and organised front desk area.
  • General administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fastpaced environment.
  • Problemsolving attitude and a strong attention to details.
  • Flexiblity to work various shifts, including weekends.
