A global FM Client is looking for an ambitious Helpdesk Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting an exciting new venture in the Defence industry.
You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service representative of the Client, managing scheduling and acting as the key point-of-contact for all maintenance provisions across the contract.
Your key duties will include:
Handle inbound phone calls within the contract in a professional manner.
Co-ordinate the delivery of all reactive and PPM responsibilities, maintaining proper and safe working practices
Ensuring the upkeep, maintenance and maximum efficiency of all systems at all times
Monitor emails, purchase orders and other potential contact points within the contract
Monitor Service Requests on the CAFM system.
Providing excellent customer experience at all times
Role Requirements
Experience in a scheduling role, booking tradespeople and engineers for appropriate jobs
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales
Call operator experience
Strong IT skills
You must be able to pass BPSS Clearance
