General Job Description:

Support the communication and planning of order flow, ensuring smooth flow of information and equipment within the business. Resolve and report any errors across the order process and operational delivery. Collaboratively work with Sales, Operations, Services, and Accounting, departments to ensure efficient Operational delivery.

Key Tasks:

  • Resolve issues and complaints which may arise between sales and operations.
  • Quality metrics and reporting, including order accuracy.
  • Support RMA process flow between sales and operations.
  • Support RTV process flow between sales and operations.
  • Ensure smooth communication of sales and operational issues, in areas including; priorities, value, bespoke requirements and delivery dates.
  • Assist in internal systems development with regards to daytoday functions and reporting.
  • Assist in intercompany transactions between EMEA & NL tenants.

  • Knowledge of the principles of Project Management.
  • Working knowledge of UK and European logistics industry.
  • Experience and knowledge of telecoms markets and technology trends.
Excellent good working knowledge of Microsoft platforms including outlook and Excel.
