As Head of Transformation, you will play a key role within the Trust's Performance, Partnerships and Transformation Directorate to support the Trust to deliver this vision.

The Head of Transformation will be a highly inspiring, visible and experienced leader, who will be responsible for leading the Trust's transformation portfolio of work, with a specific focus upon Cost Improvement, Productivity and New Models of Care.

Working across RCHT and our local health and care system, you will engage with operational and clinical leaders to deliver tangible change programmes that address how we can transform our models of care to be as effective and efficient as possible.

To support this work, the postholder will be responsible for ensuring we have strong PMO oversight of our CIP and Productivity programmes.

This builds on our local system's Joint Forward Plan, and will deliver better outcomes and quality for our patients.

You would be joining the Performance, Partnerships and Transformation Directorate, playing a key role within the senior leadership team of both the directorate and the Trust.

You will be joining a team that is committed to improving how things are done at RCHT and you will work in a friendly, supportive and flexible environment.
