Fleet Administrator in Warwick
.
A quick look at the role.
In this role you will be supporting Biffa with all administrative tasks, including invoice production, liaising with 3rd party suppliers and the inputting of wages.
Why it's an opportunity not to be wasted.
- You will create/update/close job cards and purchase orders on Fleetwave as necessary.
- Maintain and update the parts register on Fleetwave.
- Work with the relevant workshop management to produce 3rd party invoices on time, as well as to be the point of contact for 3rd party customers regarding any invoice queries.
- Assist Foremen where appropriate in maintaining/updating vehicle and invoice files at relevant locations, as well as general administrative queries.
- Enter Fitters hours into the Payroll system.

- Working knowledge and understanding of invoice production
