Who will you be working with?


As the
Fleet Administrator you will be working part-time (24 hrs a week Mon to Fri) you will be working as part of our Baxi Customer Service Team and reporting directly to the Compliance Manager.

You will be working closely with our Engineer who are the lifeforce of our business.

They are the interface between our products and our customer this team plays an integral role in ensuring that our customers are kept safe, warm and happy at all times.


Supported by other experienced teams within the wider Baxi Customer Services function such as Planning, Technical Support and Resources you will ensuring that compliance is adhered to in areas of the business including the contact centre and the field service engineers, whilst delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring safety always remains our top priority.


What will you be doing?

  • Monitor and review engineer compliance
  • Ensure all vehicles are correctly maintained, serviced and roadworthy.
  • Build relationships across the business.
  • Present data in a suitable format for investigations/disciplinary evidence
  • Checking validity of business/private mileage claims.

About you:

  • Knowledge of fleet & compliance would be an advantage.
  • Confident collating and presenting data using Microsoft Excel
  • Must be a good communicator, both verbally and written.
  • A team player and a 'people person' who thrives on engaging with others to obtain results. Focus on delivering first class service is essential as well as a desire to support other functions during busy periods.
  • Driving License

Our package is made up of basic salary plus a variable incentive.
