- You will provide support to the sales team in managing National Fleet contracts
- Handling the daily queries raised by both Fleet and Dealer customers
- Build internal and external relationships and provide outstanding customer service
- Monitor internal Open Job Sheet Report for overdue Jobsheets
- Chase Bridgestone Partners (Dealers) for missing Worksheets
- Processing of Vehicle Worksheets where required
- Monitor Fleet Contracts for Policy Fitment compliance
- Handle daily queries from allocated Dealer and Fleet accounts
- Methodical and thorough approach to work, with particular emphasis on attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in Microsoft products
- High commitment to customer service levels, with a professional telephone manner
- The ability to liaise and communicate effectively
- The ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
- The ability to work to targets and timescale, with high standards when it comes to quality
- Being results orientated
- Team player essential
