We are looking for an interim Sales and Fleet Administrator reporting directly to the Fleet Administration Manager. This is a Local role, based in Warwick, UK. This role is a temporary role for months to cover a period of maternity leave.

  • You will provide support to the sales team in managing National Fleet contracts
  • Handling the daily queries raised by both Fleet and Dealer customers
  • Build internal and external relationships and provide outstanding customer service
*Responsibilities:

  • Monitor internal Open Job Sheet Report for overdue Jobsheets
  • Chase Bridgestone Partners (Dealers) for missing Worksheets
  • Processing of Vehicle Worksheets where required
  • Monitor Fleet Contracts for Policy Fitment compliance
  • Handle daily queries from allocated Dealer and Fleet accounts
*Requirements:

  • Methodical and thorough approach to work, with particular emphasis on attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn
  • Experience in Microsoft products
  • High commitment to customer service levels, with a professional telephone manner
  • The ability to liaise and communicate effectively
  • The ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
  • The ability to work to targets and timescale, with high standards when it comes to quality
  • Being results orientated
  • Team player essential
