Must be fully flexible to cover holidays and occasional night shift cover, if working a night shift you will be given £1.

00 per hour worked as night shift allowance


The Studios are a 196 studio apartment building based in the heart of Wolverhampton, housing professional residents, with a bar/ lounge, cinema and gym located on the ground floor for our residents use.

The job role

To ensure all visitors sign in correctly in line with company policy on visitors


Undertake basic maintenance and cleaning tasks, including, the assembly of flat pack furniture, weeding, strimming, keeping outside areas clean, and any other tasks assigned.

Taking delivery of parcels and mail

Giving residents mail and parcels when requested to do so

Ensure the security of the building

Ensure safety of residents

Security walks of the building

Reporting any issues

Any other duties assigned
