Job Description:


This is an exciting new role to Together with a purpose to embed and broaden Microsoft Dynamics CRM use across the business by creating, driving and implementing the strategic plans for this platform.

As our Senior Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, we are looking for someone to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with our business objectives
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders across the business including the Marketing CRM Lead to understand how CRM can help add value
  • Acts as an internal thought leader for the advancement of CRM and identify opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, and new revenue and efficiency opportunities across the business
  • Monitor CRM system performance, analyse data, and generate insights to support strategic decisionmaking and platform effectiveness
  • Lead sales teams and other stakeholders on CRM system usage, features, and functionality.
  • Stay uptodate with MS Dynamics CRM updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement continuous improvements

  • Develop CRM best practices for the different business areas and cross functional teams to ensure success

Qualifications:

  • Solid Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • A natural collaborator with excellent communication skills
  • Strong customisation and configuration expertise
  • Motivated, driven and ambitious
  • Experience within financial services or regulated environment is an advantage
