Events and Sales Assistant Role Overview


As our Events and Sales Assistant, you will be central to the execution of our exciting face to face campaigns.

From aiding in event coordination to supporting sales initiatives, you'll be at the heart of the action. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fun, rewarding, and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Collaboration: Work with team members to develop innovative concepts and strategies.

Logistics Management: Assist in managing logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, and on-site setup.

Event Coordination: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and sales campaigns.

Promotional Activities: Aid in creating and distributing promotional materials across multiple platforms.

Customer Engagement: Engage with attendees and stakeholders to ensure a seamless event experience and drive sales.

Requirements:

Experience: Preferred previous experience in events management, sales coordination, or related fields.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Teamwork: Enthusiasm for creativity, innovation, and collaborative teamwork.

Availability: Available for full-time employment, Monday to Friday, or a minimum of 3 full days per week for part-time.
