We are actively seeking an experienced Fleet Safety Specialist for an exciting opportunity at SNG

We are looking for a professional in the Fleet industry to join us as a **Fleet Safety Specialist** on a permanent basis. Your mission? Ensuring the safety and performance of our 750+ commercial vehicle drivers, driving positive changes in our practices and establishing a robust vehicle management process.

Working from any of our Southern offices with a mix of office and remote work, you will achieve a healthy work-life balance. As the role entails travel, a valid driving license and access to a car are essential.

Role Overview:

  • Driving continuous enhancement of fleet driving safety performance
  • Improving driving skills, compliance, and safety systems
  • Developing risk assessments, training programs, and safety awareness
  • Supporting locality managers in optimizing driving performance and behaviors

What we're seeking:

  • Knowledgeable in driving and vehicle safety best practices
  • Experience in auditing and incident investigation
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Effective communication within a multi-site network
  • Understanding of regulatory influences in Fleet Management
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in IT
  • Wide understanding of vehicle types
  • Ability to validate and assess impacts of data
