In order to successfully perform this role, the Executive will need strong project and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to take ownership of their work and display lots of initiative.

External partnership management and the ability to influence is critical.

They will need to be capable of working independently and liaising with internal teams to develop strong relationships, as well as managing strategic partners and external agencies to develop and deliver high quality campaigns.

It is also crucial that the Executive is proactive and able to use campaign takeaways and industry standard methodology to develop new insights for future projects.

The role is perfect for a marketer with experience in consumer or partnership marketing and communications who want to challenge themselves to drive partnership growth and reach ambitious targets.


How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Establishing a strong working relationship with cobrand partners and other key internal partners
  • Agency management, working with a variety of agency stakeholders across creative briefing, development, production and media planning / buying
  • Analysis and reporting of campaign results and acquisition performance
  • Supervising portfolio and campaign performance, optimising acquisition strategy accordingly including reporting campaign dynamics and key metrics to cobrand partners and internal stakeholders using a wide range of reporting tools
  • Datadriven, proactive development of new insights for campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with internal teams across the business
  • Supporting the team in acquisition planning and forecasting processes
  • Management and administration of campaign budgets

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong Marketing background including a solid knowledge of media planning across online and offline channels and experience managing multiple agencies
  • Relationship management and interpersonal skills able to build effective working relationships, negotiate and influence both internally and externally
  • Highly motivated, independent and proactive, with the ability to confidently lead projects and campaign delivery in a fast paced environment
  • Analytic & strategic confident using customer insights to develop compelling acquisition strategies
  • Creative and entrepreneurial problem solver with the drive to challenge the status quo
  • Excellent written and oral communicator, high attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills
  • Proven experience of driving business results across a number of sophisticated projects
  • Able to create structure and prioritize effectively across a range of responsibilities
