About the role


As our Digital Marketing Executive you'll provide support to the broader team to implement initiatives to improve acquisition performance, increasing conversion volumes and improving efficiencies across Which?'s products and services.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the paid media activity for the Which? will services and legal advice services; including paid search and paid social media
  • Owning the end to creation of new marketing campaigns and promotions to support acquisition growth as well as striving to continuously improve activity through ongoing analysis and data optimisations
  • Managing affiliate marketing activity to support acquisition growth across Which?
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Digital Marketing Manager on acquisition projects, including increasing conversion volume, launching new digital routes to market and supporting new member retention.
  • Manage and develop relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and other third parties.
  • Own all reporting and business trading updates that support wider decision making and strategic priorities

About you:


We're looking for a marketer with B2C experience who is keen to expand their knowledge and experience in all areas of marketing, with a focus on acquisition marketing and paid media.


  • You'll be an organised individual with the ability to deliver a variety of projects simultaneously whilst prioritising your workload
  • You'll have some experience of working on digital marketing projects in a fast paced environment
  • You'll have excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills and be able to conduct business analysis effectively to meet business needs.
  • You'll have proven numeracy and business analysis skills
  • You'll have proven achievement of professional goals supported by a positive, cando attitude
  • Experience using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Experience in Excel or Google Sheets

Our interview process usually involves 2 stages:

  • Sometimes a chat with a recruiter by phone (typically 30 minutes), followed by
  • An interview on Google Meet (approximately 4590 minutes) consisting of values and experiencebased competency questions and a role related task on a laptop
