Consumer Additions are currently partnered with a Luxury Travel brand who are looking for an Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team in Central London.

You will be working closely with the Head of People to create new and optimise existing hiring processes.
You'll also be responsible for bringing staff into the business across all divisions - including the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with hiring managers to establish recruitment processes
  • Supporting the preparation of new job descriptions / the review and update of existing job descriptions
  • Collaborating on the preparation of interview questions / rolebased assessments and interviewing alongside hiring managers
  • Coaching hiring managers and the P&C team on recruitment best practice
  • Collaborating with Head of People & Culture to complete budgeting and reforecasting processes
  • Developing reporting metrics and completing trend analysis

Who are you:

  • Proven experience of working inhouse on talent acquisition, preferably in a highgrowth company
  • Experience of recruitment in Europe would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and manage diverse personalities and influence all levels of employees
  • Highly organised with ability to work under pressure and deliver against set deadlines
  • Impeccable attention to detail
