The Role:

  • You will be a vibrant, guest focused team player who will deliver exceptional warmth, charm and hospitality, listening to the detail of events and transposing this on to function sheets.
  • This role supports the events team in all administrative tasks.
  • Responsible for organization of contracts, timescales and adhering to deadlines as stated within terms and conditions.
  • Build on existing collaborative connections to maintain Doubletree by Hilton, Liverpool as a trusted and prestigious brand.
  • Taking responsibility to communicate with onsite teams such as Kitchen, Sales, Revenue/ Finance, Events and F&B to ensure delivery of the guest's ideals and delivery of our promises from start to finish under the supervision of the C&E Manager.
  • High administrative, communication skills and levels of accuracy.
  • Maintaining brand standards within your area of work and delivering consistency.
  • Ensuring that events are set up correctly and delivered to specification with timings adhered to.
  • To follow up and provide guest feedback to all departments.
