We are recruiting for a unique opportunity to join our client as a Sales Office Supervisor. The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure that the sales and customer service team provide a professional, effective, and efficient service to internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities for a Sales Office Supervisor

  • Supervise any escalations of customer complaints and ensure they are processed effectively.
  • Clearly communicate the targets / goals that are set for the teams to ensure that these
  • Ensure quotations and follow ups are progresses.
  • Initiate and support by upholding the company's policies and procedures within the department. You will be required to be involved and carry out any necessary investigations and hold disciplinary meetings where appropriate.
  • Manage absence requests and absence cover within the team, ensuring continuity of business needs.
  • Complete Return to work interviews, and carry out performance reviews
  • Supervise and drive the processing of all customer orders, ensuring these are processed in a timely, effective, accurate and efficient way, and in line with the departmental procedures and requirements.
  • Engage the team by reporting on daily / weekly / monthly performance levels based on KPI's / goals and targets.

Key skills for a Sales Office Supervisor

  • Proven track record of working in a supervisory or training position
  • Previous office based experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate
  • Keen eye for detail
