Parts Sales Advisor

The role includes:

  • Handling telephone sales enquiries, supporting customers to ensure that parts enquiries are processed to maximise the sales potential.
  • Assist eCommerce customers with parts identification and ordering support.
  • Provide parts technical support to offer solutions on parts identification issues for both internal and external customers.
  • Preparation of customer credit notes. Arrange the return of customer parts and ensure that credits are raised in line with company guidelines.
  • Communicating with customers to update them as to the status of their orders as well as providing solutions for the supply of back ordered parts with the quickest delivery date.
  • Ensure that customers have sufficient account credit or credit card facilities before parts are issued or dispatched.
  • Excellent communication skills and be customer focused.
  • You must be able to work to set deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience of working within a busy parts department.
  • Qualified in City and Guilds Vehicle Parts or equivalent.
