Auction Sales and Valuation Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Auction Sales Advisor/Valuer to join our specialist department. As a key member of the team, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the department, property appraisals, and contribute to the growth of the department through ONLINE and LIVE auctions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • General sales duties, including phone calls and database management
  • Appraising property and land, dealing with pre-Auction offers, and negotiating post-auction sales
  • Booking viewings, photos, and measure-ups, as well as ad-hoc viewings and Facebook campaigns
  • Mailchimp campaigns and maintaining a strong online presence
Requirements:
  • Property sales experience is essential, with a full driving license and own car
  • Commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care, with strong organisational skills and ability to work well on their own and as a team
  • Proactive and business-minded, with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
