John Crane:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Planner to join our Planning Team reporting to the Plant Manager.
This is a crucial role in order to support John Crane to optimise our operational performance through meticulous and organised Production Planning.
The Planner will be responsible for coordinating the production workflow and scheduling Production Works Orders to ensure on time delivery of high-quality products to the customer based upon the original promise date requirements as agreed with the commercial team.
This role is a full-time role based from our Headquarters within Slough working Monday to Friday in normal hours.John Crane is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to crafting an inclusive environment for all employees.
Execute standardised planning processes through standard work whilst identifying and supporting opportunities for improvement.
Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement actions in line with Production and S&OP to increase both efficiency and output.
Coordinate with inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels of raw materials and finished products.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in production planning and management.
Act as the liaison to the CST team, supporting commercial led meetings as required.
SAP data cleanse/accuracy focusing to Leadtime and planning parameters.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the planning team.
