The Deputy Head of Revenues and Benefits, Operations will be responsible for overseeing and guiding our daily operations, managing Council Tax, Business Rates, Debt Recovery, Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support, Sundry Debtor, and Housing Benefit overpayment recovery for our three client councils.
As a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Deputy Head of Revenues and Benefits, Operations will play a crucial role in shaping and leading future strategies, driving service development, and implementing changes to optimize results while maintaining high performance standards.
The Revenues and Benefits service maintains offices in Boston, Horncastle, and Spalding, with regular travel required to each location.
