Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Deputy Head of Revenues and Benefits Operations to join our team at PSPS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to improve revenue and benefits operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of revenue and benefits operations strategies
- Manage a team of operations staff to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of revenue and benefits operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in revenue and benefits operations, preferably in a public sector context
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
