Senior Revenues and Benefits Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Revenues and Benefits professional to join our team as a Senior Revenues and Benefits Manager. As a key member of our Revenues and Benefits Management Team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that puts the customer at the heart of the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the transfer and integration of the Customer Engagement team and function into the Revenues and Benefits service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve first-time resolution and reduce demand.
- Work collaboratively as part of the Revenues and Benefits Management Team to contribute to the direction and transformation of the service.
Requirements:
- Exceptional technical knowledge and extensive experience in local taxation and/or housing benefits.
- Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team in a busy and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication, ICT, and change management skills.

About Our Client:
Our client, Public Sector Partnership Services (PSPS), is a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) wholly owned by East Lindsey District Council, South Holland District Council, and Boston Borough Council. PSPS provides services in Human Resources & Payroll, Financial Services, Procurement & Contracts, ICT & Digital, Customer Contact, Revenues & Benefits, Health & Safety, and a range of Corporate Support services.
PSPS primarily delivers these services to their three client Councils as part of the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (S&ELCP), as well as to a resident population of approximately 305,000 within South Holland, East Lindsey, and Boston.
