Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the full recruitment life cycle from job posting, candidate selection, pre-screening interviews, sending out assessment, arranging interviews with hiring managers to offer management.
  • Partnering with the hiring managers across LBR to assess recruitment needs.
  • Regular liaison with the P&T business partners to identify recruitment challenges and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Ensuring that the recruitment process is adhered to using the ATS system and that it is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensuring positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and keeping candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proactive hiring, headhunting talent and building pipelines.
  • Utilising our job boards and social media sites with a particular focus on our inclusive job boards
  • Updating the weekly recruitment and D&I reports, and other recruitment metrics such as Time to Hire
  • Keeping up to date with recruitment trends in the industry.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
  • Minimum of 4 years recruitment experience either in an agency or in-house, in a fast paced, deadline orientated environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder skill
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates' right through to close of offer.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience using an ATS system and solid MS Office skills.
  • Data analysis, using our data to focus our recruitment plans.
  • A collaborative team player who is proactive and deadline driven, driving for the highest standards.
  • A commitment to LBR's D&I Charter, ensuring our inclusive hiring practices result in a diverse LBR.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to confidently and amiably hold their own with senior stakeholder.
  • Comfortable and resilient in an environment of change.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
