The Company:
A long-standing destination management company with an office in West London.

Main duties:
To lead a small contracting team specialising in group bookings.

The Role:

  • To manage the contracting team and deal with escalated enquiries from clients
  • To provide support to new and existing staff within the contracting team
  • To work with the sales team to understand their supply requirements
  • To visit key accounts on location and represent the company at meetings and exhibitions
  • To proactively research and source new deals with hotel groups
  • To be aware of key changes in the market and brief team on course of action
  • To work closely with the Directors of the company and update them regularly on workflow

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in Contracting within a Destination Management company is Essential
  • Fluent in a European language is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to situation
  • Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
  • IT literate

Salary:
circa £55,000 per annum
