They take the best of their combined experience in product design, distribution, credit, finance, technology and operations to deliver exceptional value to customers and shareholders.The Business Development Manager roleThe property sales team is well positioned to realise its ambitions to become one of the leading providers in the market and the company are looking for someone to join their fast-paced team to play a pivotal part in the journey. As a Business Development Manager, you will work with new as well as existing intermediaries within the Midlands and South West, to provide support, guidance and develop a relationship with key partners.Using your influential capability, you will take ownership of the whole sales cycle from developing a prospect strategy, researching competitors through to carrying out prospecting activity (including pitches and presentations) and visiting customers to establish long term relationships - never forgetting our customer-first focus. This is a home-based opportunity; therefore, the company are flexible on your location. That said, considering the nature of the role, there will be an expectation for you to travel to meet clients covering the Midlands and South West region, with occasional travel to the Basingstoke head office.The Business Development Manager package

  • Basic Salary £50k - £65k
  • Annual individual and company performance bonus

Business Development Manager desired skills and experience

  • Background in Sales / Business Development within specialist property finance
  • Knowledge of Bridging Finance and Buy to let Mortgages
  • Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
  • Experience working in a regulated environment
  • Able to travel across the Midlands and South West
