We are currently seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager to join our London team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth in the UK, leading and managing growth initiatives, and forming strategic partnerships that align with our business goals. Your role within the growth team will be essential for scaling our business and achieving significant progress.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and implement the go-to-market strategy for user acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring a successful app launch in the target market.
- Collaborate with local and central teams to customize the proposition, utilize various marketing channels, and enhance brand visibility to reach the desired audience.
- Establish strategic partnerships to drive customer adoption and expand the customer base in the local market.
- Work closely with various teams to create and execute effective campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize growth performance using data-driven insights to refine market strategies and tactics.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Proficiency in Branding, PR, Social, and Paid marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving growth and forming partnerships within the banking or fintech sector, particularly in a startup or scale-up environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the UK market landscape and dynamics.
- A solid grasp of user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, with a history of meeting or surpassing growth targets.
- Extensive background in business and marketing.
