We are working exclusively with our client to find a Growth Manager.

About:

Our client is an advanced AI-engine helping anyone with an online presence sell more products and services by increasing the conversion rate of online visitors whilst ensuring their privacy - ethical AI is here

By fully understanding visitor behaviours, they are able to engage with visitors through unprecedented personalisation. Through enhancing the user experience they have proven an increased revenue of 30% amongst their client base.

Following enormous growth through Founder-led sales, a number of strategic logos and additions to the sales team, it's now time to bring in a Growth Manager to support with commercial activities.

Key Highlights:

  • Extremely tangible provided to their clients - 1.5x online conversion rates leading to 30% higher revenues.
  • Hands-off solution that is faster and more effective than competitors - don't need a large in-house team of experts to run the solution.
  • A number of key clients on board, this includes: Calvin Klein, L'Oreal, GAP, Marks & Spencer and Under Armour.
  • Currently have 30 customers generating £600k ARR with a new sales team
  • £2m seed round from notable UK investors.
  • Huge TAM - any business with a website to convert visitors to paying customers would be an ideal customer. Currently have strong traction with brands and e-commerce but the system will also apply to SaaS and hospitality for example.
  • Opportunity to work closely with the Founders, sales lead and partnerships lead to create a scalable commercial function.
  • Quick progression, they are looking for their future Head of Growth

About the role:

  • Create, develop and executive a marketing strategy to increase visibility and drive inbounds leads to the sales team.
  • Analysing data to gain deep insights into how products are performing in different markets to refine the ICP and find high value areas of success. They have a huge TAM and need to know where to focus.
  • Creating content to educate the marketplace on the powerful benefits of AI in marketing to drive website traffic into paying customers.
  • Staying on top of scheduling; this includes content calendars, events and Founder engagements that will drive further awareness.
  • Consistently updating the website to communicate new product releases and other marketing priorities.
  • Running campaigns into targeted industries to support sales efforts whilst measuring their success to use data for further refinement.
  • Creating social media campaigns with multiple talk tracks where one founder is technical and the other business focused.
  • Developing nurture campaigns for closed lost and existing customers - currently nothing going out
  • Leveraging channels to maximise marketing productivity, this will include both organic, paid, personal branding and events. It will be your choice to spend time on areas you deem most valuable.
  • Working with both internal and external parties on areas that contribute to growth, such as agencies.

You should apply if you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Growth Manager role where you took ownership of the success of the function.
  • You would have come from the Mar-Tech space with a keen interest in AI.
  • Able to walk through a recent growth journey and the strategic role you played.
  • Strong ability to analyse data from multiple sources and use for insights that contribute areas such as ICP refinement, product positions and relevant content.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects with excellent project management skills.
  • Previous success in an early-stage start-up.
  • Ability to work alongside internal leadership to develop the sales function to create a system for success.
  • Great written and verbal communication.
