Your Mission:

As a Field Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our operations, activating our clients' mobile separation equipment.

We are seeking individuals who are not only technically proficient but also have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to broaden their skills.

Regardless of whether you have experience in plant operations or are entering this field with no prior experience, we welcome your zeal and dedication.

  • A strong interest in mechanical or electrical systems.
  • The capacity to work independently, managing tasks effectively at remote sites after training.

  • Willingness to occasionally travel and stay away from home for up to 10 days, depending on shift patterns.
  • A desire to build a career in the Water Utilities sector, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and development.
  • Preparedness to work varied shift schedules, including staggered starts and night shifts.
  • A valid manual vehicle driving licence, ideally clean.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Expertly install, operate, and maintain a variety of Mobile Separation Equipment.
  • Adjust machine settings for optimal processing results.
  • Assist Service Engineers during site visits or at our workshop.
  • Engage with the sales team for customer visits and surveys after training.
  • Lead and train subcontracted labour and new team members.
  • Diligently adhere to Risk Assessments and Method Statements for all installation and operational tasks.
