About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to join our client's team in the South West England Region. As a Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of field engineers and overseeing the operational contract management of key contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of field engineers to ensure excellent customer service and contract delivery
  • Oversee the operational contract management of key contracts, including contract administration and customer relationship management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients
  • Contribute to the development of the company's growth and expansion plans

Requirements:
