Field View Care Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / RI to support the owner of a Children's Residential Operation in Swindon Wiltshire.
Main Responsibilities:- Act as the Ofsted registered Responsible Individual for designated services and ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
- Provide leadership and management across residential children's homes, implementing change to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement operationally viable and cost-effective solutions to business development opportunities.
- Ensure safeguarding, including Health & Safety, children, young people, families, and staff in all services.
- Implement quality assurance practices to monitor and evaluate standards of individual and team performance.
- Report regularly on designated residential homes to ensure they fulfill their Statement of Purpose and function.
- Ensure full compliance with external regulatory bodies.
- A sound working knowledge of statutory requirements associated with residential care of young people.
- Proven people management skills within a residential setting, including motivating, directing, and delegating.
- Organisational and financial management skills, with experience in sales, marketing, and business management.
- Significant experience in leadership roles in multi-site organisations, with experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- A strong background in successful residential children's home management, preferably with knowledge of Ofsted requirements.
